Joe is a Partner and the General Contractor of Cadet Construction. He has been in the construction industry within the South Bend-Elkhart Region for over 25 years. In 2011 he, along with his business partners, started Cadet Construction. 

With Joe’s leadership in the field, Cadet Construction has proven itself to be a reliable general contracting company that delivers a quality product while remaining under budget and ahead of schedule. His expertise with pre-engineered steel buildings is suitable to the demand of the local manufacturing community. 

Pete is a Partner and manages the financial and business side of Cadet Construction. Pete’s leadership within the business community has helped to shape the reputation of Cadet as being a reliable and quality-driven general contracting company. 

In addition to managing Cadet’s finances, Pete has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on industrial and investment properties as well as land development. He is licensed in both Indiana and Michigan and has earned both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. His brokerage sales transactions exceed one-hundred million dollars. 

He is a fourth-generation realtor and received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. 

John is a Partner at Cadet Construction. He brings years of experience in sales, real estate and community leadership to the company. 

He has worked in real estate for over 52 years, selling industrial, commercial, apartment and residential properties. He has also been President of the Elkhart County Council for 20 years and sits on numerous boards like The US 31 Coalition and Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG). 

In 2019, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb presented John with the “Sagamore of the Wabash” in recognition of his 50 years of public service to Elkhart County and to the State of Indiana.

Jacqueline Letherman is the Business Manager of Cadet Construction. She manages the operations in the office as well as the social media strategies for the company. 

Prior to arriving at Cadet, she was Operations Manager for the Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County (EDC). 

She is a 2016 graduate of Purdue University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science. After graduation, Jacqueline worked at the Indiana State Senate where she interned for the President Pro Tempore for the 2016 session.
